Texas families and small businesses are the engine of our strong economy, and Senator Creighton has fought for lower taxes.  He has authored bills that exempt Texas small businesses from the state franchise tax.  Senator Creighton is also a co-author of the HJR 38, Proposition 4 to make a state income tax illegal.
