In appreciation of their continued support of the Humble Independent School District, Texan Drive was honored with a nomination to the Texas Association of School Board’s Stand Up for Texas Public Schools program.
Texan Drive broadcast the district’s athletic games as well as the school board meetings and the recent graduations live which enables those who are not able to attend a specific attend to feel as if they are a part of the action.
Texan Drive also sponsors special events for the Humble ISD Education Foundation like the Humble Rodeo & BBQ Cook-off.
“These generous actions help support educators across Humble ISD through classroom grants and their support,” Jerri Monbaron with the Humble ISD Education Foundation said during the June 14 meeting. “Humble ISD is pleased to nominate Texan Drive for for the TASB Stand Up For Public Schools program. Their commitment to public education in Humble ISD is now recognized at the state level with this prestigious program.”
